Courtney Henderson, LCSW 

Chief Executive Officer

Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience. She believes that the client is the center of the therapeutic relationship and that she is a partner in helping clients reach their goals.

Brandy Barnes, LCSW - Chief Financial Officer

Brandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 20 years of experience working in diverse clinical settings. Brandy’s passion is walking alongside those who struggle with navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression and maintaining healthy and supportive relationships.

Maria Favela-Castro, LMFT

Maria is a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician who takes pride in providing culturally sensitive and client-centered services to children and families. She holds 12 years experience, and has focused her work on helping children and families to heal and recover from traumatic experiences.

Chantél Bonner, LMFT

Chantél is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a Master's degree from the University of Southern California. With over a decade of experience, she creates a down to earth, and non-judgmental space for clients to work towards their goals and increase self awareness. She blends traditional talk therapy, with holistic practices, like sound bath mediation and breath work to support the healing of both the mind and body.

Amada Whitson, LCSW

Amada has served the community as a social worker for over 20 years. As a graduate from Loma Linda University, he has developed skills to provide case management and group facilitation to engage families to reach their goals.  He is excited to continue to hone his skills by providing individual clinical therapy as a part of the team at Culture Collective Counseling.

Marisa's passionate about working with those who want to make a change to become their most authentic, genuine self. She has over 10 years experience in the world of therapy working with children and adults.

Tosha Thomas, LCSW​

Tosha Thomas graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Master's degree in Social Work. She enjoys interacting with individuals who exude positive energy and with whom she can form meaningful connections. She firmly maintains the conviction that mirth constitutes a therapeutic remedy.

Ronnie Washington, ACSW

Ronnie graduated from California Baptist University with a Master's degree in Social Work. He helps individuals navigate relationship issues, life transitions, and loss.

Christina is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who recently graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. With a deep commitment to fostering healthy relationships and emotional well being, Christina offers supportive and empathetic space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their challenges and discover paths to healing and growth.

Victoria Gamboa Mejia, LCSW

Victoria is a 1st generation LatinX with a Bachelor's in psychology from UC Irvine, and a Master's in social work from California State University, Long Beach. With over 7 years of experience, she has supported children, families, and older adults in their healing journeys. She is passionate about empowering individuals to find internal healing and live more fulfilling lives

Esther has been a dedicated social worker for over 10 years, specializing in supporting teens and young adults through life transitions. She earned her Master's degree in social work from California State University, San Bernardino. She uses a strength based approach to help clients overcome challenges.

Lonese has been providing a range of social services in underserved communities for 15 years. She received a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master's degree in Social Work and Public Adminsitration from California State University, San Bernardino. She also holds a certificate in Drug & Alcohol Counseling. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges by rediscovering their inner strength.

Tom Varga, AMFT

Tom specializes in supporting individuals coping with trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. He received his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. His clinical experience includes work in juvenile hall, and residential treatment settings for adults. Tom believes that healing happens through connection, and work alongside clients to foster resilience, emotional balance and meaningful change.

Jewel Patterson, APCC

Jewel brings a warm, relational, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. She supports clients through anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationships, identity and systemic stressors with a focus on recognizing strengths and making meaning of their experiences. She strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered and supported in creating meaningful change.

As an alumna of Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, combines advanced psychopharmocolgy with holistic approaches to mental wellness. She provides personalized care through tele psychiatry visits, focusing on education, lifestyle and comprehensive mental health. As a mentor and community advocate, Regina is dedicated to helping individuals achieve total well-being with compassion and expertise.
